Switch off is an interactive installation that uses computer vision with webcam input to track where lights have been left on inside a building. The aim is to let people voice their concerns about energy waste by writing/drawing messages on the front of wasteful buildings, to get them to take notice of their actions. The visuals that are produced can also be saved and shared to further encourage green behaviour.
